South Carolina has been my home since December,1990; Greenville, SC since 2002.   Why South Carolina?  Because Uncle Sam said so!  Seriously, as a military veteran and military wife, my husband and I chose Shaw AFB SC to be our next duty assignment, after he left a tour in Korea.  Never imagining we would stay in SC, after our military obligation, we fell in love with Greenville, just like many others!  We have three adult children that were raised in South Carolina and identify South Carolina as their home.  

Serving others is something I truly enjoy!  My husband and I are both military veterans.  I served four years in the Air Force and he served 21 years, while I stood beside him as a military wife.  These years were some of the most rewarding in our lives.  After my four year military commitment, my husband was transferred to Arkansas, where I completed my undergrad degree and served as a counselor for "At Risk Youth".  When we moved to South Carolina, I attended USC-Columbia and obtained my graduated degree in Social Work with a focus in Individual and Family Counseling.  I served as a medical social work counselor in Public Health, prior to embarking upon my Real Estate Career. 

I also enjoy volunteering at my church and using my skills and gifts to help others.  I've also volunteered with Greenville County School system and Habitat for Humanity Women Build.  What I found out is, whether it's mending a relationship, building a house, or selling a house, I love helping people accomplish what matters to them. 

I have been in the business of selling homes since 2004.  Working with Sellers allows me to use my creativity in marketing their property, as well as my staging skills.  I like helping Sellers price their house right and get it sold in the shortest amount of days, so they can move on to their next stage in life.  Working with Buyers gives me the satisfaction of guiding someone along the road of achieving their dream of HomeOwnership...whether it's their first house, last house, or any number in between.  Through up to date information about the current housing market and the home buying process, I enjoy helping Buyers make the best decision for them, even if that decision is to wait.

I realize that everyone has unique circumstances, so one type of house doesn't fit all.  Having a counseling background, I've developed the skill of listening. Don't you just hate when you go to buy a car and if the car salesman can't find you what you want, they try to talk you into buying what they want you to have.  Turns me off real quick.   I want my Sellers and Buyers to know, I am on their team.  I am in their corner and I am working to achieve what they want.  If you would like to know more about my services or if you'd like to hear about the local market from a knowledgeable professional, please contact me at your convenience.
